Running a small business is no easy task and being one of the leading Real Estate Teams in Ottawa, we know what it’s like to work hard in order to rise above the crowd. Recently, we experienced a challenge with Canada Post as they delivered our area-specific marketing material to the wrong neighborhood.
On the surface, this wouldn’t seem to be a huge deal but seeing as our reputation and service are invaluable, we take great pride in providing top notch market knowledge as well as distributing quality marketing material.
To resolve our issue, we have filed a formal complaint with Canada Post as well as ordered a re-distribution of our material to correct this oversight as quickly as we can and make sure that the correct material is received. We think it is important to note that we’ve been using Canada Post regularly for the past several years and this is only the second issue that we’ve ever experienced. We are confident that our issue will be resolved in a timely and fair manner.
